Today's steps were only 10,489. But I always manage 10,000 and over every day. my work was OK but one of the ladies I would rather not work with. But my boss does the working out not ne. I hope you all have had a good Friday. love and best Merry Mel 🤩

Hello, all FC's hope you are all doing well with your weight loss journey. I have had a funny day. Went to car boot this morning and bought some jadore perfume ( yes it's the proper stuff as the person selling it put the bar code to his phone and it came up £70 plus ) also a body spray both for £15.00 not too bad one thinks, then we went to Lidl to do a cheap food shop, yes we got good deals on our food 😀 better still we also spent £189.00 on a smart television with Alexa and Google, 43" screen. So happy days. 😊. My steps are all done too, 11,007 so pleased 😀. Take care love Merry Mel 🤩
