Soooo after almost a year of keeping away from the app and over 13kgs weight gain, I have found my way back with my head hung in shame. I could give a bunch of excuses why I fell off including my father passing away but long and short is I fell off the wagon and have decided to jump back on. feels like starting again but this time I will push through.

So! my last journal entry was exactly 100 days ago. I fell off the wagon during the lockdown and just never got back on. I slowly reverted back to my old eating habits and now 6kgs later, I start again. With the way I was eating, this could have been worse but I guess my saving grace was exercise, I was consistent in that area. As for my healthy eating this is as good as starting from zero but I am determined to get back to losing weight. 😪
