Not the best pic. The good ones wouldnt upload. Anyway, broke my fast a couple hours early. Had a nice simple salad. Snacked on some peanuts. Had this for dinner. Chicken livers (which i havent cooked/eaten in forever), cauliflower rice and gem squash.

Didnt make it to 20 hours but i didnt do too bad. I'm really not gonna cry over 2 hours lol 💃Food time!!!!

Ok, so I know I said I'd weigh in every 2 weeks.. I don't want to become a slave to the scale 😂😂 Anyway, I decided to weigh in today cause I wanted to make sure there's actually some kind of movement (whether up or down) so I could adjust accordingly.

I'm so stuffed.... Tomorrow I need to up my calories. Needed more calories today but no room for more food 😂 OMAD can be difficult in that sense.
