Back on the dieting thingy again - weighed in at 69.7 and want to be 60 - I know I can do it but it takes me twice as long as everyone else I think because I love a drink after work and it's become a habit I need to break for a million reasons and losing weight is only one of them. Being a blood / plasma donor I can see the relationship between weight loss and blood pressure - the more I lose the lower my BP and it's glaringly obvious each time I go (at least once a month for plasma). Time to get real again and give it my best shot!!!
