running:
32m25 on uprun equaling my
PB of 32m25 running the downrun (reverse route)
(didn't know one could run the exact time on reverse route. Route 1 hills early Route 2 hills later.
only 1 weight training session
5 x 30m cycling
2 x 20m rowing
1x4km and 1x5km running

weight loss a little less than expected.
only 1 weight training session and 1 x 5k run.
Mostly Rowing and cycling
Was on leave for the week maintained diet but had two days off with no training.
Doing the 5k without midweek runs was challenging but happy for my personal best of 32m25 (5k).
Aim is to get to 103's by next weighin.

This week started using artificial sweeteners in my green tea , coffee, rooibos, capicinos .
Continue with warm water and lemon mornings.
In between all that sip water. Never thought I'd do it but who cares I'm using a straw to help me drink more water. observing women can be helpful 😉
vitamin C 1000mg daily
Apple cider vinegar tabs
no further changes to diet.
increase morning cycle to 30 min Sunday 60 min
weight training unchanged.
Jogging - speed / pace changing working well.
looking forward my Rowing machine workouts
Feeling sore all the time but good at the same time. Trying to have a full 7 he sleep is still a dream.

lost three workouts last week due to work and family commitments.
on a positive done a personal best at 5k
cheated on Nephew birthday Saterday with choc pudding.
