So, I've been falling off the wagon quite often. I'm now trying this one meal a day formula. I didn't research much about it, so I'll just see how it goes. All I know is that I have 20kg more to lose. So it's one meal preferably lunch, and then snack on fruits

No weight to record because I did not follow the diet like I promised myself I would. So my loss. Well it's a new year, and a new beginning. I'll see how fast I can get 19kg down......

I should have just slept, but instead I opted for sweet potato and meat. I'm just hoping that they are not the reason for the little loss, because I was gunning for at least a 700g loss just like the day before.

Only 600g lost. Target very slow. With only 4 days to go, I really don't know. I failed to stick to any diet, the 24th was my birthday and then Christmas and then yesterday. But well, I'm still grateful for the loss.
