I need some advice Pls,
I am a health care worker and the past 8 months have been incredibly draining so I am finally going on a much needed vacay for 6 nights. 5 of these mornings will be spent at a all u can eat hotel buffet breakfast, which would be a dream come true for a food addict. problem is i have spent the past 2.5 months counting calories, being mindfull of what i injest and fighting all my demons. I will be damned if i let the next 6 days ruin that for me. I have been doing keto omad and it has been going well for the most part. The worst thing i could possibly do to my body and my psyche is have a carb festival. any suggestions on what to do when faced with a buffet full of yummy treats, i do not think i have the willpower to say no😪?
