My health is important to me and it is a priority of mine. I will make the time, put in the effort and spend the money necessary to improve my health.

Today was a fasting day for me. Q decided to buy takeaways and literally tempted me right to my face by pushing a chip in my mouth. I couldn't resist. What he did was mean. But the rest of the decisions are my own. I have to take responsibility for myself. I will not let anything stand in my way of success. Not even him.

I am starting to get the rythym of hybrid working. It does make being active challenging especially when I'm based at clients where I have even less freedom to take frequent short breaks to walk. It's becoming more important that I do what I can and not give up just because I can't complete the active goal for the day.

Today I went to get a check up and blood work done. I was not expecting much in terms of improvement of the condition I'm aware of. I did not expect to be diagnosed with another chronic condition. It was, it is disappointing. Especially because I did this to myself. I guess the positive is that I can make improvements and that the effort required is the same lifestyle I should live for the rest of my life. I ate feelings the rest of the day. I intend to get up, dust myself off and get back on track. Im grateful for medical aid, I'm grateful for medication, I'm hopeful that the conditions are not yet progressed as they can be. Meaning that the damage is hopefully non or minimal and repairable. I have every resolution to do what I can to improve all my health markers that I am able to. Both with medication and primarily with lifestyle.
