62 days to reunion. 1 pound a week would mean down 9 pounds from here? Possible, right? Gotta focus.
Was supposed to go to child's apartment to help pack up but that didn't work out. Maybe next week. Last few times this one moved, I helped. This time should be a longterm spot, moving into an empty apartment in the same building my mom lives in.
I am worried that I am overhelping but where V is now is just awful. I think I have helped V move 6 times in the past 9 years since college graduation. The apartments in the city are awful, places with 3 or 4 bedrooms all rented out like boarding house rooms, shared bathrooms and kitchens and if they're lucky there's a living not converted into an additional bedroom. I am hoping this will be a few years for this space at least.
Stressful being a part of a move but we are committed now. Movers hired. It will be over by May.

63 days to reunion
Child to move 4/24 or thereabouts. Then we'll have time to clean up the old space.
Went to yoga yesterday so that was good.
Snowing today,but I am going out with my neighbor from my old neighborhood (across town). It should be fun going to a brewery for a show.

Did a stupid thing today, gave out a phone number without clear permission, hope it doesn't come back to bite me.
64 days. Big question is should I dance with a mask or go to the gym? Both possible tonight. Definitely dancing tomorrow so maybe gym tonight, hard to motivate in the rain though.

65 days left. Volunteered today, on my feet for 2 hours busy but not hectic like some other days.
I started making a "done" list for the day, recording what I am eating and also what task I finished. I am getting a lot done, just small things here and there, nothing big!
Stuck to the plan today and yesterday. Onward to victory!

66 days to reunion. Reading the book my college friend wrote and really enjoying it.

I can lose fat. I will get to the gym consistently. I feel a little inspired, would love to show up for my younger cousins as stronger and much thinner by summer or at least Christmas. My siblings are all thin, essentially because of health issues so that's inspiring too I think, to avoid those health issues too.
