lockdown has been tough on my routine. I am getting in exercise, however eating habits are a lot different than when I'm at work. I'm much more motivated to grap an apple to keep me going at work where now I crave starches and don't move around nearly as much. It's a new month, let's get back in it and smash some goals (at least try)

Just took anything low cal I had in the fridge, was in a hurry. Naartjie, peach, red pepper with hummus.

very weird breakfast, just took what I had in the fridge that are low cal. naartjie with red peppers and hummus, also had a peach. wonder if this is even healthy? focusing on boosting my immune system with all that is going on as well, hence all the vit C
