First birthday ever.....without Cake, carbs above 20 or cals above what is allocated for the day. I don't miss it---:) Happy to have a new me for the 1st time in many years! Currently off HRT and doing fine! My family finally eased into Keto as well. I couldn't have asked for more🥂🍾☺

Trick to move the scale. 4Aug my 2month weight in to see final average loss per week. I am almost beyond fed up!

HELP PLEASE KETO WOE --Miami Sweet and Tangy Cucumbers...not strickly Keto.(something to do with the seeds) 2carb per 100g. Should I have some or not?
