it has been the hardest thing to only weigh once a week, but i know it's best for
me
.
weighing in every single day for six years is a hard freaking habit to break.
so i am going to weigh in tomorrow; and i both dread it and cannot wait for it. what if i haven't lost any weight? what if i've gained weight?
i keep telling myself that i haven't lost anything, and i don't know if that's because i really don't think i have, or maybe i think if i tell myself i haven't, but then i do- it will be a great surprise?
sigh. i just don't see these pounds "melting off" like they said would happen. I mean- 2 pounds is the most i've lost in one week, and i was stuck for 3 weeks at the same weight once! i don't think i can handle going through that again.
i guess we'll see what happens tomorrow...
