Early dinner tonight because I’m off to bed early. I made some tagliatelle pasta with a low fat plain yogurt sauce, prawns, corn and coriander. Let’s not forget the spices. Super yum! 🍝🧂🍤🌽

Yummy rice cakes with low fat cottage cheese and cucumber. Added in some healthy fats by eating a avocado with salt and pepper. 🥑🥒🧂

A bagel with low fat cottage cheese and cucumber for lunch. Definitely one of my favs as well when trying to lose some weight. Remember to not be afraid of some carbs.🤍
