Ok - so here is official proof that I DO LIKE Gin & Tonic! And that you CAN loose weight while having your G&T a day! We had water interruptions today - no water since last night. And when a girl gets thirsty - you have to make a plan during a heatwave!

Yes!!!!! First time in forever to be under 53 kgs! Just reached my goal 💥💥💥 BUT now is the time to be extra cautious and not let go! Portion control and cutting sugars as far as possible and 30 mins exercise a day!

This is our lovely neighbourhood with the most beautiful Jacaranda Trees! No problem to walk 30 mins when everything is coloured purple!
