Not even joking - probably the most delish meal I’ve had in ages! And it’s soooo easy to make! I know everyone is terrified of carbs- but this is my post-workout meal and since one’s metabolism is still burning after exercising, it’s totally justified 😉

No exercise today - had waaaay too much work to do 🙈 but I did eat fewer calories than yesterday, which is an improvement already 😆
I was super stressed today with all my work and I’ll be honest - I was soooo close to ordering some or other greasy treat from Mr Delivery 🙀 but I challenged myself with the thought that by practicing willpower once, it will get easier every time thereafter. Baby steps!
On a side note: I find that pampering myself a little when I’m stressed works wonders- and I’m not speaking about a spa day- just having a bath (a very shallow one in Cpt) and putting on some body lotion & face cream and drinking a hot mug of rooibos with a touch of honey- it’s good to be good to yourself 💕 sleep well all!
