I tried this "viral" burger wrap, and it was pretty good. You smash the burger on a wrap and cook it on both sides. I added cheese and Bolthouse burger sauce.
A month into 2024 and it has been good and bad. I've recorded probably 90% or more of food, average of about 1000 cal deficit. No weighing in yet but I can tell I'm doing pretty good. The bad is I've been sick basically the whole month. Covid after new year and basically a terrible cough since. Chest, neck, and head hurts I cough so hard sometimes. Not much gym because of that. I start a new position this Monday that's 7-330 instead of 3 12's, so maybe that will help get to the gym.
Hopefully February get better!

Bigger than it looks, there's even a paper plate under there. My "cheeseburger wrap" with 8oz of venison and 2 oz of colby & monterey jack cheese.

These are pretty good. Can't beat sweet chili quest tortilla chips for protein though.

You know you're getting old when you get DOMS already everytime you work out. I never really got it regularly before. 💪🏼
