Fallen into abit of a dip.
But I worked out for the first time in 5 and a half months so that’s an up and from Monday I’m back to strict meal plans 🙈
Struggling with nibbling at the moment because I’m home the whole day.
Hopefully once my degree starts things will get back to normal 🙈

Not a good day.
Went for a braai at my boyfriends colleague and 40 minutes into getting there I ended up feeling extremely nauseous and throwing up😞 think it was the heat and still recovering from my eye surgery🙈

Had my final eye operation on Monday so I’ve been comfort eating and sleeping the days away, weight gain was also a result of Christmas and New Years, starting my strict eating tomorrow and hopefully I can get back to working out soon, first need the thumbs up from my doctor 🙈
