I'm having so much trouble staying motivated. I've been doing really well during the week but on weekends I have my husband home and my two grandsons and I just want to munch all the time... I need friends on here who will push me. SO if you want to be bossy follow me lol!

I'm trying to keep my carbs low but I notice I'm not getting near enough calories when I do this. Gonna have to figure something out!
