Fasting today...I do this slightly differently to most as I get low blood pressure and sugar easily; I finish eating the night before by 6pm, in the morning I will have a 100 calorie 'snack' which contains all 3 macros, I will have another 'snack' at 10am, 1pm, 3pm and then I will have dinner. It's only way I can reduce calories without messing with my hormones and sugars. Does anyone else have similar issue with IF?
