hi guys. i just joined this community, that's why my current starting weight is listed as what it is. but i was at 84.4kgs when i started my weight loss programme in february 2018 and i'm now at 65kg, aiming for 50-55kg as my target weight. it's nice to see so many people around here staying motivated and supporting each other ♡
just a question. how do you guys control the urge to binge eat? i have a terrible weakness for crunchy things, especially cereals and savoury snacks 😭
