I completely let myself go. I have known this but refused to get on a scale. Finally stepped on it today....The only thing I lost was my confidence and self-respect. I gained weight, shame, and guilt. It gets harder each time. I don't know if I am capable of getting it right again. Sick of this constant battle in my head. Tired of feeling fat.

The hardest week I have ever had. Emotional battle. Feelings of me depriving myself of food. Cant get under 1600 calories a day. The weight loss almost doesn't feel worth it. What will next week be like......
