I was born and raised in Georgia. While I lived there, I ate amazing food. Fresh from the garden veggies and fruits and we raised our own meat too.So everything was very healthy(Well it was grown/raised healthy).Always warm weather,always outside doing something.
2014 moved to Nevada. Been getting outside more. DAMN IT GETS COLD HERE! Our next duty station is Jacksonville Florida. Not sure if I will move when my husband gets stationed there or not. Lots of issues with moving.

My goal is to be healthy! I am more about being tone and loosing inches rather than how much I weigh.
no muffin top
no cottage cheese butt/thighs
firm, lifted breast that are not hard and manly
being able to run without gasping for air
arms,legs,thighs,and butt that do not jiggle! (bouncing is ok but not jiggling)
THOSE are my goals.

I have several past family members that have lived into their 100s and were still pretty independent.
Wanna know anything else just ask me. Im always looking for friends.
