Hi Everyone
Im Nallah the "Regular Sugarholic", I have a mean sweet tooth and that's one of the main reasons for my weight. I've always been overweight but also active at the same time(weird) but in recent years I started working and time for exercise just slipped away - I have gained so much weight! Now Im ready to try and regain my life and my life style.
I have planned a trip to mozambique with my fiance and I have to look my best, for my own piece of mind. The trip is in November, Im not expeting to be my goal weight by then but I do expect to have had some significant change - change I can maintain for the rest of my life.
So help me out please, inspiration, guiding words anything and I will try and do the same.
