If you want to do a ‘quick’ version of a quiche use a bit of coconut oil(1T) in a hot quiche or pie plate to melt it and tip the plate to spread it all over then sprinkle the plate with flax seed meal (1/4 cup) to thoroughly coat it. Layer meat and cheese in the bottom. Add some soinach or veggie layers carefully pour in some spiced eggs that can have onions and your milk or cream and a bit more cheese or bacon or whatever. And bake as you would a quiche until the center is done.🙋🏻

Thanks Hon! 🙋🏻That’s essentially how I make my squash and lemon custards without a crust. It gives me a bit of the flax meal as a fake ‘crust’ on the edge and then the center to eat. 🤷🏻♀️Not as nice to serve out, but fewer carbs and much quicker to put together! LOL
