Wow this is the biggest loss I've had so far in one week
81.5 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 21.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

How on earth did you achieve that ? it seems impossible in my world.

This weight loss is the result of a lot of stress, IF and making sure I have between 1000-1500 calorie deficit a day.

I have had an average daily calorie deficit of 1308 per day for the month of March. So if I decide to have the wrong food that day, I'll just make sure to exercise more to keep the deficit in line.

Im supposed to be taking in a mac of 1300 kcal .... and im struggling big time .
