Started out my day at 07:00 with 50mins of cardio 😆 walked to the gym, saw the beautiful Table Mountain on my way, worked out for 30mins, and walked home again (20mins to walk to and back from gym). It’s not much exercise, I know- but it’s a start! I have a slight headache though- the inevitable repercussion of not being healthy for too long 🙈😂 but! Looking forward to the days ahead of embarking upon my fresh, fit, healthy and clean lifestyle journey! Hope everyone is having a wonderful Sunday ✨🐣✨
