Now I've made peace with eating ONCE a day. Because of the DIABETES the limit for my CARBS was 50 gr per day. I am moving the limit to 20 grams and this puts me into the Ketogenic arena. Thanks to Brandon.
I am really inspired by all the journal entries and appreciate the honesty even when the scale readings increase.
