ok, it has been a week so here is the average of my daily weights 173.14, not really the number I wanted to see. But that won't get me down. I've been advised that I really need to exercise to see results. Not something that I like to do, but I am starting to walk and I'll dust off my exercise dvds. I also wanted to post here the previous averages so I have it all in one spot, so for the 3 previous "weeks" the daily average calculates to 177.5, 173.67, 172.5 so I was going down (average) except for this week 173.14. I'm still going to weigh daily, just an obsession I can not give up. Not sure if I'll post every day on this site or just keep it listed in my daily planner and put on the weekly weight and record the weekly average here, we'll see.
