Am I the only one that has food dreams the night before the scale drops some more??? LOL.
Before my biggest drop I dreamt was eating chocolate cake ALL night - it would just keep reappearing and I'd just keep eating it.
THEN - another drop I was wondering around town and I kept finding huge oversized very moist amazing biscuits...and in the dream I thought to myself "I shouldn't eat this!" but then in my head I suddenly had this very reassuring thought that it was ok to eat it so I did lol and I just kept finding more of them all over town in different spots lol...
I had another little drop this morning, so, without fail, last night I dreamt that my coworker just pulled in to a McDonalds drive thru without telling me and then I thought "well I better get something" so I ordered chicken nuggets...the biggest size they had. And they told me my total was $30 and I winced at the price but then decided it was ok and that I'd pay it because I really wanted some chicken nuggets lol.

I've had that happen where I get upset I cheated and wake up upset and then the relief hits when I realize it didn't actually happen hahaha.
I just quit drinking December 1 and I haven't had any drinking dreams yet! Used to drink A LOT...I wonder if I'll ever get one lol.

I dream about gorging on food when I go really low calorie or fast. I went to a candy buffet once in my dreams. I was scooping M&Ms out of a huge glass bowl directly into my mouth. I like dreams.
