SO - I weigh 250 today but I know it's because I had a ton of soy sauce type sauces and veggies yesterday (carbs and salt!) - had Mongolian BBQ...hard to track there because the sauces are unknown to me and when I look online I can't find much. I just estimate that it's like having a ton of soy sauce.

Anyways - I'm not worried about it! I know it's water weight. I've haven't reached 248 in over a year so I'm excited and still claiming it :).

I also get super paranoid that I'm not losing, does anybody else get like that? I get afraid my scale is wrong and I get scared to be happy...I get in denial it's so weird! My inner voice says "the scale is messing up and you just pulled the tape measure different this time". It's crazy how much of this journey is in the head!!

Anyway - I double checked my weight at the gym this morning on their scale and YEP - says the same thing as my scale at home so I felt very happy and relieved :). I also weighed 249 after my workout so I know it's water weight I gained...already lost a pound it from sweating!!!

I know some people might say stop weighing so much but I'm consistently losing most of the time so it's encouraging to see it and motivates me more.
