I am all ready for this year, last year was a disaster my graves disease got the better of me ended up getting radioactive treatment now my thyroid has flipped and I an hypothyroid been put on Euthyroxin 100ucg for now getting more blood tests in two months time to see if the dosage must be upped. I have gained almost 20kg since my thyroid has gone hypo and I can feel it, I feel like the oros man.

This is my year to accomplish my dreams my last baby has flown the nest so it is just me and my supportive hubby. We bought bicycles to cycle with as well to get fit and I have worked out menus to follow. 2018 is the year!!!!

Hi Toni Nicola, Well done for trying , I understand your predicament with Graves and hypo, I am in the same boat. I have not been able to follow any plan at this point. Am trying to gear myself up to get something together to actively follow. On the plus side I am swimming every day to get exercise. Are you with an endocrinologist?
