internet was down and couldn't log anything. But yesterday was a good day. Saw my headshrinker (THERAPIST) and it did wonders. Im focusing on building myself esteem and what better way to do that than thru EXERCISE. I got a new work out log on Amazon and cant wait to break it in.. Now to work on the diet.. Goal for today.. no bread stuffs. I can do it. I am a bad ass pillar of strength. Cheers everyone!
