Ok, so I’m leaving the UK next month 😩 Back to Canada for a week visit with my grandsons then I’m headed back up to the Arctic for a year. I just know the week with my babies is going to be filled with all kinds of naughty bits I shouldn’t be eating... but this grandma is a cook and loves to bake - and lets face it. When you’ve spent the morning baking cookies with a four year old you CANNOT refuse to eat one (or three,lol) and tell him what a wonderful baker his is ❤️ That week aside... I’m worried about the year up north. It’s very very hard to exercise there due to the weather and lack of facilities. Plus long nights with not alot to do :( I’ve previous sent 4 years arctic bound and in the last year there I gained 28 pounds 😱 I’m really stressing about what’s coming and how I’m going to handle it.
