So, this morn I had yet another new stated low at 182.6. This will make 3.6 lbs since October 5. I have to state it was the first week of October after watching Heather Robertson's webinar "Getting Started for the Final Time", and implementing the suggestions put forth about how I can use my TDEE to create a deficit AND incorporate 2 maintenance calorie days into my week. This basically entailed EATING MORE, increasing my cals, and actually allowing myself to use some of my exercise calories. This is the most weight I've lost in this period of time since July, and I was on steroids then. I promise you, this current drop is a steroid free loss. My "moving average" on the Happy Scale app is 185, so this keeps me humble and reminds me this new weight is going to fluctuate up again before I see any new lows, but wow! Have a blessed day!

Thank you, Steven and Horseshu! I'm not going to lie. It's not easy going this slow. I get angry and resentful sometimes, and not so much at myself anymore, but I get mad at the whole industry that convinced us we were not enough instead of "choosing our bodies" and entering this journey from a genuine place of self love! I get mad because my own mind still battles with pre-conceived notions about weight. But, I am petitioning the universe that self love wins, and that this mind has the strength and courage to let it win this time.
