Keto pancakes for a breakfast. Still not quite sure if I should start that keto diet as I'm afraid I will always feel tired and sleepy

yum, looks delicious, I have just started a Keto diet (only 3 days in) but so far feeling good and not sleepy. :)

I have been on keto diet 3 months, same feeling as your on the 1st month. Trust me, you will feel great after that

Wondering about keto for an autoimmune condition. (Some fellow suffers say it has helped). Just not sure.

I feel happy on my low carb diet (about 70g per day), I eat many times a day, and never feel hungry. On the first day of keto diet I realized I cannot even drink coffee with skim milk, which helped me to feel full, I can't drink protein shakes from the shop (10g of carbs when ideal keto only allows 20g). Keto means you even need to watch vegetables you eat, no tomatos - high in carbs! Not to say about fruits so rich in sugar. So I think balance is always better for a long term

I eat mostly fat content mct oil Egg bacon cheese and scotch streak Water black coffee and the occasional juice Made by me consisting of mostly vegetables About once ever two weeks

You need to use a WOE that works for you and something you can live with to achieve your goals..Good luck !!!

I've been keto for almost 9 months now and after the initial week or two of my body getting used to the new way of eating, I have felt energetic and so much healthier.

Feeing tired and sleet is the opposite of what I feel on keto!!! I seem to have so much energy!!

The keto diet is THE magic pill! Seriously! I have been on it for 79 days and dropped 9kg to date. I have found it easy to follow and it's woken me up to how over-sized my portions were, even if they were healthy. e.g. fruit. I use Fatsecret to log everything I eat. This site to calculate my macros. https://keto-calculator.ankerl.com/ And this site has heaps of great, free information on going keto. https://www.dietdoctor.com/new-member I also use keto sticks (from the chemist) to measure my ketones. I understand though, if you're coming from a typical western diet, low fat and high sugar then the first 4-5 days will be difficult. After that though it will get easier.

I’m Keto, I’ve found it easy to stick to. Once fat adapted I fasted 16:8, naturally and if I was out and about and hungry, my go to is coffee or nuts
