I starting looking after myself in 2015.... lost 87 lbs. moved to England in 2017 and gained 28 lbs. back. It's taking forever to get back to where I was not to mention my actual goal. And because I'm no longer working 12-14 hours a day I'm thinking about food all the time. The weather here limits my exercising. And my partner is an enabler (I love him but... ugh, it's frustrating. I need support, not coddling lol). The fact is, I'm starting to feel depressed about the whole situation. I'm a food addict, with an addictive personality. I count calories, limit fat and carbs, I cook healthy, try to exercise..... I'm starting to feel the only way to lose the weight is just stop eating :(
