Had my first sweet craving in weeks. After I cheated on Friday with some cake I now want more cake!! Cooked up some frozen blueberries and added that to greek yoghurt and it seems to have silenced the sweet cravings.

Next time add half a tsp of cinnamon and a tsp of honey :-)

The cinnamon helps reduces blood sugar levels and the (dark) honey has many healthy properties and a better option than table sugar.
