Really having a hard time since moving to Europe. The first six months was spent getting accustomed to everything and setting up home with little regard to weight management. Thus a huge weight gain of over 28 pounds in 6 months :( Started a good regime last week and been about 90% successful in sticking to it, even had a good result last week. But my problem is, being a self professed food addict, where I am trying to lose weight and reduce calories, I find I am thinking about food all the time now. I'm even planing meals sometimes two and three days in advance. I've tried keeping busy, exercising more, reading... anything to occupy my mind. But I always drift back to food, to when, what and how much I can eat! Does any one else have this kind of proble? And what kind of things can you suggest to combats it?
