Kelly140's Journal, 28 Jul 17

Really having a hard time since moving to Europe. The first six months was spent getting accustomed to everything and setting up home with little regard to weight management. Thus a huge weight gain of over 28 pounds in 6 months :(
Started a good regime last week and been about 90% successful in sticking to it, even had a good result last week. But my problem is, being a self professed food addict, where I am trying to lose weight and reduce calories, I find I am thinking about food all the time now. I'm even planing meals sometimes two and three days in advance. I've tried keeping busy, exercising more, reading... anything to occupy my mind. But I always drift back to food, to when, what and how much I can eat!
Does any one else have this kind of proble? And what kind of things can you suggest to combats it?

How much water do you drink? Ask yourself: how much do you really exercise? Small secret about fitness: what ever you do today, make little bit more than yesterday.

I drink about 2-4 500ml bottles a day. Pulse teas without sugars or milk. I never drink sodas and fruit juice is rare- maybe 1-3 glasses per month. My active level is mid to low due to health restrictions.... I go out walking about an hour each day.

1. I didn't know about health restrictions. Sorry.2. Make your goal more realistic: lose 1 pound per week. 3. Good instrument to measure your life stile is Fitbit.
