I started a new job and there is an abundance of people that have had weight loss surgery. The surgery is completely paid for and we have lots of vacation time so it's no issue to just go get it done. It's amazing how many people have been rooting for me to just go get it done and have this weight gone once and for all.

The thought of getting surgery is so exciting sounding....but when I stop and think about it I realize, what is the surgery doing for me exactly??? It's just FORCING me to not eat as much!!! That's it!!! And I've lost weight on my own three times now...I have the will power to do it myself!!! I don't need someone forcing me....The idea of having immediate gratification from the surgery IS tempting but I want to do it all natural. I want to be proud of myself, of my own determination and will power!!! And I think having to work extra hard and learning to fight my "demons" will make me value the prize so much more.

Once I started contemplating surgery it lit a fire under me...I've been back to using this app to track everything. I CAN DO THIS!!!!!!! <3
