The weight is coming off quickly at the moment, so I am very pleased - I think it's because I am doing a lots of exercise coupled with low cals and low carbs(mostly). Most days my calorie deficit is more than 1500 cals. I am getting the odd hunger pang but when I do I go out and cut up some wood or have a bath. Fit-bit tells me that I walked 98Km last week, it is a real godsend for me as I can easily see what's what with my energy use. I have now been using the FS food log for three months to record every thing it is very quick, if you are not using it I can recommend it. For me having good data is a key factor in loosing weight, it helps making dieting a project and slightly less a chore.
I am expecting a blip though, on Friday we are going to a masterclass cooking demo and dinner(Michel Roux/Tom Kerridge) at Harrogate then I will be at the food show for a day. I plan to indulge and not let my diet affect my enjoyment. There are also two birthdays, a wedding and Chelsea flower show to contend with in May. My coping strategy is to walk all the extra calories off.
Have a good day everyone and let's see what photos of food we have in store today!
