Oh Dear. Well, the last 3 months have been a disaster and then of course, we had xmas and new year. No point moaning about it. So, my first goal is to get back under 110kgs. At .5kg per week that works out around 10weeks. That would be 14th March. Need to start exercising again as well. Better get into it then hadn't I !!
Keeping in mind what I shared about setting ourselves up for failure?
This week I will stay under 2000acls for the week. Complete 3 sessions of the following Walking machine - total 45mins Rowing - 2 x 1K Step ups - 2 x 100
Sharing this brings my goals into existence and has me be accountable to the group.
