Christmas party was last night and totally over did it on the booze..I drank beer, so naturally Im feeling fat today. Time to reset and get back on track so I plan to be super strict all this week so the craving dont come back. Logging everything and hitting the gym hard. My immediate goal is another 8-10 lb by January. Working on a nice meatloaf topped with bacon. Gonna serve that with a side salad and steamed broccoli and I made some low carb stuffed mushrooms and mini bell peppers stuffed with cream cheese and ground beef that I had leftover from Friday. Ill use today's leftovers for tomorrows lunch and then do some meal prep again on Tuesday since I work from home that day. Planning ahead is key for me bc work has been really busy lately.
