I found it hard because it seems they want me to eat MORE food than I want to eat. :P but I guess thats because I have so many fruits and veggies and they're all zero points. Good luck with both!

Work dynamics can be so frustrating. You are showing great restraint to avoid the confrontation. I don't think I would be that strong! I tend to enjoy a good conflict if I know I am right. You are taking the better path.

Pickles, Im doing ok with the veggies part but Im nervous about all the fruit.. Ive been trying to eat it in the morning but its hard bc the portions are smaller and if im hungry , I grab a fruit.. we will see how it plays out on weigh in day then after 2-3 weeks. If I see a loss in that time frame, Ill stick with it .

Rhon. I love a good confrontation too but this one isnt even worth it.. she is a sad, heartless wench and she will not get one extra ounce of my attention LOL

I am support staff for 5 agents; there is one who ALWAYS tries to pin her forgotten items on me; I have found a clever way to back up when I remind her of things and now I just show them to my boss when he asks why I didn't do such & such. And yes, the angrier I get - the more I eat so I completely understand!!!

Red, they used to say that we HAD to eat all our daily points. Whether we wanted to or not. But it seems now, they say that we don't have to. So actually the way I started eating fruit, was because I would spend all my daily points... and still wanted something, anything... and since fruit was 0, thats when I'd have fruit.. now it's a pretty decent part of what I eat... Don't force yourself... well, force yourself to do good, but try to go with the flow a bit easy and slowlly work it in when you're comfortable.

I don't know what you mean by 'portions are smaller.' You pretty much eat what you want, as much as you want, as long as you don't go over your points. So if you want more, take more.... but... when you use up those points, then force down the fruit..... that's my take on it :) and I love WW

Soon, I havent even compared my calories yet but I can say I burn way more than I eat when Im in beast mode whether Im WW or LC but thats a super good point and I should look that up... Pickles.. Im follow the "suggested" meals on their site and where I would normally have 3 eggs and 6 pieces of bacon for breakfast I now have a cup of yogurt with fruit and granola... I lift weights and some times yogurt isnt going to fill me up . Ive been eating 4 cps of mixed greens for lunch .. now its a small tuna sandwich and a side salad.. the big salad seemed more filling to me.. Ill just need some time to adjust. Ive been loading up on fruit if I stay hungry but yesterday was the 1st day I didnt feel AS hungry ... not sure if this makes sense..

Hang with it, Red. You are doing great trying new approaches. BTW, I have "sneaked in" a small apple every now and then! LOL so I know what you mean about fruit. And Pickles! LOL, "spamming" her journal!
