Not sure what my deal is tonight, but I'm so not in the mood to walk... even more so, I'm not in the mood to be FAT any longer than I have to be.

MUST WALK!!!

Just start listening to some music to get you energized and wanting to move. Its what I do when the need to exercise is there but the body is too tired. Just the music is enough to get me walking.

I had no desire to walk tonight. None. Nada. Zero. I did it anyway because I wanted to see how much I could punish the treadmill before it filed a restraining order against me :D

Good job mummehhh! Well I went. Figured once I got out there I'd be feeling it. LOL I WAS WRONG! I pushed myself and did it anyway. I need to get in 36 minutes a day to hit 250 minutes a day mini challenge soooo I really had no choice. I did the two laps plus the added cut through mini block I added on the other day. I got in 38 annoying ass minutes. My fluffin undies kept falling down. Guess I need smaller ones already.

Good for you!!! I cannot tell you how many mornings I drag my butt up and out to the gym...but then it is great! It is just getting started that is hard.
