2 for 2. I was up and at em super early today. Even hit the supermarket before gym/work. BUT, Ive been asked to switch my shift to 630 am to 330pm tomorrow and my gym opens at 530 am sooo not sure if I can swing it.. BUT Im def gonna try, even if its cardio only.. wishful thinking for sure. I agreed to the shift change bc once Im off tomorrow, Im off till Monday. sooo looking forward to the break. On a side, I must have been hit with the stupid stick yesterday diet wise. I was fine all thru lunch then my son bought be 2 bakery cookies home and I didnt even think 2 times about eating them. Then I had a ice cream sammich..uuurrggg..
