I've suffered with insomnia and worked third shift for most of my adult life. Even though I'm sleeping at night now and not working, I still wake up most mornings wanting dinner food for breakfast. I think my internal clock is perma-drunk!

Oh, I remember those days! Maybe steak AND eggs would be a good compromise for breakfast? Dinner food and breakfast food! =) Have a blessed day!

I sometimes have breakfast food for dinner. I know some people that have dinner food for breakfast. Doesn't matter. Whatever keeps you going on your WOE is fine. Log it and carry on!
