Had to start over in induction phase yesterday after my Sunday pre-challenge shenanigans. In the past I refused to look at the scale for a week after a slip up day, but curiosity got to this cat! 🐈 I still feel pretty bloated and gross from eating all the bad things, but I don't regret it one bit. I needed to get it out of my system. The important thing is I'm back on track now and my motivation has been sparked. Time to do work!
