I only have 1 lbs. to go to get back to what I was before the bloating. Oh and I went to see the plastic surgen on tues. to see about the extra skin. He said I was so close to what I need to be. I have to stop smokeing before I can get it done. I also need to get my teeth done first. It's going to cost $4600 just for the arms to get done. And $8000 for my teeth. The rest of my body i'm not to worried about getting done I can live with that. He also said he's never heard of anyone lossing as much as i've lost without surgery. He said it is amazing that I did. He also told me he'd like to see me get down to 170 lbs. in the end. So in the end I will have lost 380 lbs. I only have 69 lbs. to get to that 170 lbs. But i'm shoting for 200 lbs. so I can have the surgery. And that's only 39 lbs. more. But my next goal is to get to 225 lbs. so I can say i'm not obese anymore for the first time in my life. I like to take it in small steps. So let thoughs 14 lbs. just fall off.
