so life has intervened once again and my schedule is wonky this week. Monday, only cardio, no weights.Tuesday,lifted around 4 pm. Wednesday, I was about to lift in the am and the kid calls and I had to leave and come home to email his paper he forgot.. so my mojo was lost.. I cant explain it. Today, lifting after work.. I hope,bc I stayed up too late last night and tomorrow is night time bc of my class. Ya'll know how much I LOVE to work out in the morning but it just didnt happen this week. BUT, Im not gonna let it pull me down..Trying my best to stay true to my meal plan and get my work outs when I can.. Ill just reset next week. MEH. Im gonna buy a new gym outfit to help boost morale..
