Can someone remind me what’s the color after red on this app? It’s been soo long since I’ve seen it.

Red, Gold, Yellow, Green then Blue when you reach your goal weight. I went back to my first year March 2022 under 'LivinBreezy' (now Livin_Breezy because of FS glitch, lol). Give yourself some grace P$M. Try not to be so hard on yourself with the weight especially when you climb those walls and are keeping your muscles strong. btw, where's baby Groot? P$M say hello anytime. I haven't had the time to keep up with the 'social' of FS but I do get notifications when I get a PM. Hope this helps.

Thanks livin. Baby groot finally got a washing and don’t fall apart. So he’s still climbing with me. My climbing has improved since last year. Happy at least one thing is going in the right direction. But yeah the weight is a struggle. I think I found what works then it starts to fail. But I’ll keep trying.

P$M, Glad Baby Groot is still climbing😂. Sodium made a big difference in my weight loss. Even though I was watching the food diary number it turned out to be foods with the high concentrated sodium levels that my body would go and 'hold onto'. Then bouncy, bouncy and no real weight loss. What worked, for me, couple of months of no high sodium foods (😩🤯 at first) then my taste buds don't 'crave' high sodium foods anymore💃🤸‍♀️ When I do have pizza joint pizza YUM, salted popcorn etc. sure I bloat up but then it just washes away. The body reset not to hold onto the sodium anymore. I hope this helps and keep climbing 🧗‍♀️

Thanks livin I try to watch my sodium too. Only the prepackaged stuff kills me. I don’t typically cook with it either. But I haven’t been very conscious of it lately. I’m gonna have to try to recheck some of my foods again.

P$M I was shocked 😲 at the sodium levels hidden in even flash frozen foods (veggies, chicken). Just a tip that completely changed my weight loss.
